How do I redeem my JOYFUL Reward PointsUpdated 3 days ago

We're so excited you're wanting to redeem those hard earned points you have!  

To do so, it's an EASY 4 step process.

1) Log in to your JOYFUL Rewards Dashboard. 

2) If you have enough points to redeem for a discount, click on Redeem Points under the welcome back message.

3) Click on the redemption level you want to use:
- 150 Points for $10 Discount Code
- 300 Points for $25 Discount Code
- 500 Points for $40 Discount Code

4) This will give you a discount code that looks like this XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.  Just COPY and PASTE that code into the Discount Code field when checking out.

Discount codes will stay in your JOYFUL Rewards Dashboard as available rewards until you use them at checkout, so if you get distracted, no worries.  They will be right there until you use them!
