I'm having problems using my JOYFUL Rewards.Updated 2 months ago

First, sorry about this! We hate when things that should be simple are not working right! 

- To use JOYFUL Rewards, a customer must be logged into their JOYFUL Rewards dashboard.  If they aren't logged in, go to the JOYFUL Rewards page to login, the login button is under the Join button. 

-  After logged in, click the top right button to go back to the dashboard. The page will now look different, and provide their current point total and how the points were gained. 

- Then click on Redeem Rewards, this will take you to the bottom where you can see the options you can redeem from your points.  

- Then click and choose which one, this will give you a code you can copy and paste into your discount code section upon checkout.   

Reward codes will be active until used, so if you forget to enter it upon checking out, it will remain in your dashboard until it's used.
