Once your order is completed on HouseFloral.com, we will email you an order confirmation to the email address provided during the ordering process. And unfortunately, the order confirmation may end up in your junk or spam folders so please be sure to look there as well!
If it's your order confirmation isn't there, your order may have not gone through, OR the email address provided on the order may have had a typo (it's happened more than you could imagine!) Please reach out to [email protected] with the name on the order, and our team can help figure this out for your!
