My shipment has been delayed in transit.Updated a year ago

First, we are so sorry about this!  We know that this is a huge inconvenience and can be very frustrating!  Please know that we share in that since we want it to get there as quickly as possible as well!  Occasionally there are delays in scanning or in transit that are beyond our control.  HOWEVER, if you notice this, please let us know, so we can keep and eye on it, and we can file the correct claims to try to help get it moving again!
